The Performance Abrasive Sludge Removal System (ASR) provides a time saving solution to the costly and labour intensive on-going problems associated with the removal of garnet sludge from waterjet cutting equipment.
Designed to allow waterjet owners to operate continuously without the need to shut down, ASR systems can be integrated with most makes of waterjet cutting machines. The Performance ASR systems abolish the back breaking work and downtime associated with having to shut down your equipment for tank cleanout. Waste extracted from the bath is delivered directly into bulka bags for safe and efficient disposal.

Our materials handling system also includes a range of abrasive loading hoppers for loading of new garnet into your waterjet machine.
Together, the loading hopper and ASR system provide a complete materials handling solution for loading of new garnet from entry into the waterjet machine to final water separation and removal of all garnet waste.

garnet waste from the whole floor area of the waterjet bath, the ASR Modular comes in three (3) models, (ASR Modular (I, II, III) developed to integrate with waterjet cutting tables with cutting areas from 4.5 to 30 m2.
The ASR Maxi Sludge Removal System is designed to be integrated with waterjets withusages in excess of 3000kg per month.
OH & S problems associated with loading abrasive are significantly reduced when an abrasive storage hopper is used.
